HYFU was formed to protect faculty rights, support academic freedom, and promote transparent, accountable university governance.
Message from the Chair
HYFU was launched on June 27, 2025, under the banner of solidarity, dignity, and faculty well-being. We believe the union should not be a symbol of conflict, but a structured platform for communication, mutual respect, and practical support.
When faculty members can teach and conduct research in a stable and autonomous environment, students and the university community also benefit. HYFU exists to strengthen that foundation.

What We Do
We work on representation, consultation, bargaining, policy communication, and documentation so that faculty concerns are addressed through a reliable institutional channel.
Organizational Principles
Openness, clarity, and persuasion. We explain who we are in refined language, demonstrate practical help through concrete functions, and show public responsibility through transparent records.
